Compact100
Compact100 has a cylindrical shape, an external diameter of 39 cm and is less than 1 meter tall. The backbone consists of sturdy, shock resistant moulded plastic top and base. An external PVC covered polyester coat, flexible and strong, provides a hermetical facing to the flanges.
The bag-in-box, a multilayer polythene and aluminium bag in which liquids to be transported are placed, is inserted through the centre tap of the top flange.
A no-drop valve is placed on the base of Compact100 to allow quick filling and discharge by means of the special connector provided. The lid hosts the compressed air inlet valve needed for liquid extraction. The inlet compressed air brings pressure onto the inner bag making liquids to discharge quickly and easily. The complete safety of the operation is granted by a safety valve calibrated to 0.42 bar.

BAG-IN-BOX TECHNOLOGY
The inner bag containing liquids can be replaced at every use in an easy intuitive way. The Bag-in-box technology makes it possible to use Compact100 for multiple transports saving on the costs of one-way containers.
COLLAPSIBLE EXTERNAL COAT
When empty, Compact100 can be collapsed on itself and packed closed, taking very little space to stock. It’s been designed to be stacked, making warehouse stock and empty returns very practical (54 empty units per Europallet).
DISCHARGING LIQUIDS WITH THE USE OF COMPRESSED AIR
Liquids can be totally and rapidly discharged, including thick and viscous ones, thanks to the use of compressed air inlet between the outer coat and the inside bag. This technique allows you to use nearly 100% of the contents.
