Compact100 has been designed to be reused for up to 100 guaranteed transports. Liquids to be transported are held in the inside bag-in-box, a sterile and insulating triple-layer polythene bag with an aluminium outer coat. The bag-in-box is the only part that needs replacing at each new transport.

The reuse of Compact100 is an advantage for your customers too!

Users of Liquids can bear average costs of 4€ per 100L,  mainly due to the disposal of empty containers and ecotaxes.

When you deliver liquids in Compact100 your customers save money  too,  for when containers have been emptied they can be returned to you stacked on a pallet.

OPTIMIZED TRANSPORT: 600 LITRES PER PALLET

Compact100 shape and dimensions have  been designed to optimize the cost of transport: one standard pallet measuring 80x120cm can perfectly hold 6 full containers, therefore up to 600 litres can be moved on one Europallet.
Full containers can be stacked in height too by superimposing two pallets with the help of a special light and practical steel frame that can be flattened when not in use.

When liquids have been discharged, our container takes up one fourth of its full height: one Europallet can stack 54 collapsed containers.

Our Compact100 containers have been designed to be firmly stacked to help you optimize costs and space both in your warehouse and when moving empty containers.

100% OF LIQUIDS ARE USED: NO WASTING
Thanks to the idea of using compressed air to expel liquids, the operation is quick and easy: compressed air inlet between outer coat and inner bag  puts pressure on the bag causing its total discharge.

This is particularly advantageous in the case of high density viscous liquids: liquids in the bag are quickly and completely expelled,  enabling you to use nearly 100% of it.

Moreover, the special no-drop valve, designed by us, guarantees the complete insulation of  liquids in the container, with zero leakage even when performing inlet and discharge operations.
